Earth Day Texas is an annual 3-day celebration in Dallas, Texas. Charged with creating and implementing the content and social media marketing strategy – our goal was to amplify their social presence with interesting content that spoke to the event’s broad audience and drive attendance. My team executed a comprehensive content marketing campaign that reached over 800,000 people on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This campaign directly impacted attendance which grew from 29,000 people in 2015 to 131,000 attendees in 2016. We provided end-to-end social media support including event coverage, community management that seamlessly navigated thousands of questions and comments, and post-event assessments.
